Returns of unused products

You may return stocked products within 30 days of delivery or pickup. To be accepted, products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. They must have been stored indoors, dry and off the ground.

Approved returns are refunded at the original product price, less a 25% restocking fee. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Return transportation to our warehouse in Saint-Edmond-de-Grantham, Quebec is arranged and paid by the customer.

Products that cannot be returned

• Special orders and non-stocked products ordered for your project
• Opened bags, bundles or containers, and partial pallets
• Products that have been cut, modified, installed or exposed to moisture
• Tinted or custom-mixed products

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery slip. Contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos. We will replace the product or refund it in full, including any return transportation, with no restocking fee.

How to request a return

Write to info@biomaterra.ca with your order number and the products and quantities you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and schedule a drop-off at our warehouse. Returns are by appointment only and must be authorized in advance.

Refunds

Returned products are inspected on arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Cancellations

Orders of stocked products can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed with our supplier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, including the legal warranty.
